FairyTails Pet Grooming, Daycare & Boarding

If I could give this place a zero I would. I took my dog there before. Christmas because I couldn’t get in to where I normally take him. When I picked up my dog I thought it was weird for the owners to bring my dog out then while talking to them my god turned his head and I noticed his eye bulging out and blood like around his eye. I ask what happened and they were like was it like that when you brought him in. I was like absolutely not. Then I ask questions to the girl that checked him in and she acted weird after talking to the owners I told them I was taking my dog straight to move. Which I did. They then gave me their card with their cell number on it after the vet visit the owner called me and ask me the results I told him and he said he would look at their video and let me know. U have yet to hear from them. Please do not take your precious pet to this place.

I took my 3 dogs here and one of my dogs had his nail clipped way too short and he was bleeding so much. I didn’t notice on my 20 minutes car ride home until I get home out of the car. They told me they’d prefer if I left so I went home and they texted me informing me that they are ready so I drove about 20 minutes to get back there. It’s 3 dogs with one groomer so I’m not sure when he ended up getting them clipped. All I for sure know is that he covered my shirt in blood and had to be bleeding for about an hour AT LEAST and they didn’t inform me that she cut them so so short. This is what my shirt looked like by the time I got home. I will never be going there again and neither should you.

Will never go anywhere else for grooming and boarding! This dog is my entire life and I would never leave her somewhere I had to worry about her comfort or safety. Everyone at FairyTails is so sweet to her and she fights me to get in the door first. She always comes home with a hairbow or bandana, relaxed, and looking good. I would recommend this place to anyone!!

I have 2 goldendoodles and have had some bad experiences with groomers! I was a hesitant momma! My doods were also a hot mess from running our woods! The girls at FairyTails were so kind and took great care of my babies! I was so impressed and my doods looked wonderful and left very happy!! They’ve got two new clients! Some before and afters! Hazel lays down a lot lol

First time…staff was nice. But, I had the SPECIAL EXPRESS service. Which means do not put her on the floor, which they said they would not which I requested ….came in to pick her up and she was on the floor, because she does not do well with other dogs, special shampoo…tearless shampoo on her face and whitening shampoo on her body…she was never washed or shampooed…for the price she was supposed to have special treatment for the price I paid. Daisy and I talked in detail what I requested for them to do with my dog. Brought her in looking cute and she came back with her ears all gone…chopped up and uneven. She asked me what I thought and I did mention I did not like the ears…. I was so shocked that she looked so great when I brought her in and they chopped all of her face hair off snd so uneven. So disappointed and I was nice enough to just pay and gave the girl a good tip because that’s who I am. Never been someone to be confrontational with someone. But, I will say I would never take my dog back there. So sad, because they are military that’s what’s on the website. I have so much respect for our heroes.
