they have a scale to weigh or dog which is extremely helpful but that's part of Banfield so the store gets no credit for it. We were in the store for about an hour and no store staff spoke until we were leaving. An employee Wished us a nice day when leaving but we passed at least 2 employees multiple times in an hour and was never greeted or spoke to. Our dog is very social and met a customer and their dog but the staff never acknowledged him either.

This is my favorite place! Lol. I'm here at least twice a week to grab cans for really hungry beagles. Some of the employees know me by name and they are always super friendly. 😊

Rude and very unprofessional workers in the store! I had a question about dog food and they just walked away! So I just grabbed a couple dog toys for my dogs, went to register to pay, I said hello how is your day going to the lady ringing me up, she just said " your total is 46.78" in a very hateful way, I said ok, paid and left. I think I will be doing business elsewhere from now on!

I had a rough grooming experience with PetSmart a few years back and swore I would NEVER return. I was in a pinch and needed a quick appointment - my groomer is booked out for a few weeks. This turned into finding our favorite groomer, Wesley! My boy requires lots of love, patience and skill! He’s very anxious and not a huge fan of his paws being touched! I am beyond thrilled at how professional, patient, and efficient Wesley is with Charlie! Wesley is the first person to succeed at getting his nails trimmed and still be friends! Thank you, Wesley! Best petstore! All the animals looked well taken care of and happy. The store itself was clean and well stocked. We buy flightless fruit flies and dog treats when we go and they always have what we need. Our jumping spiders and dog love petsmart too!
