Treats Unleashed

I'm a certified dog trainer, new to Parkville area, I went in purchased some dog treats, ask them if I could place a few business cards on counter if anyone was interested, he said "sure no problem" I told him thank you and in return I would have my company continue to do business with them, he said " that's great" so I thanked him, walked out to my car went back to my business put treats away, I had a client in same direction as I came bk, so I stopped at goodcents grab lunch its right beside treats unleashed, I stopped bk in to get a bag of treats for my personal dogs, and when I was paying I looked over and business cards I had left was not there, so I looked casually around counter as I paid, that's when I had seen all of them in his trash can. So needless to say I nor my business or my customers will ever do business with that place again! I have since told my customers about that and they were absolutely shocked that someone would say that I could place business cards there then throw them away soon as I left! You know I would not have been mad at all if I was told that he would rather not have them, but to say yes, and just throwing them away soon as I left! That's some snake behaviors!

Great experience from the time I entered the store. The manager, Manny, is such an amazing human! Great customer service and very welcoming. Rebecca groomed my Ellie (who is a wildin' and more of a labriGATOR than a labrador). Thank you for the great experience on a Friday morning. Ellie looks gorgeous and adores her new treats and toys!

Everyone was amazing!!! This was the first time getting our pup groomed and the experience could not have been better. They treated him great and they did an amazing job grooming him too.

I’ve been in a few times before, but had not ordered anything from the bakery yet. Placing my order was so simple & I was thrilled when I picked it up! Best birthday ever!

This place is absolutely amazing! This was our first visit and not our last!! Mannie the store manager automatically greeted us and treated our puppy with mad respect ….Mariah and tonnie did as well!!! But Mariah did an awesome job transforming our son/ pet into the dog we knew he was . We already loved him but once me and my girlfriend came back we re-fell in love with him. I highly recommend Monday , Sunday and Thursdays if you want to take your poodle to the best of the best , not talking down on other shifts but these are the days Mariah works (:!!! Once again mannie the store manager was very professional and managed his store and crew very well!
