Fantastic Groomer! I basically texted and begged to get our new dog in for an appointment. We rescued her and she was terrified, matted, and needed extra TLC. That’s exactly what she got! They took their time with her, gave her extra love and she looked adorable. I can’t thank enough for helping us and we definitely will be back!!!

The thing is that this company does NOT ACCEPT CASH !!!’ I took my dog in 2x”s for a 70$ service the thing is I don’t believe they gave him a bath or clipped his nails. I can’t smell due to Covid but my bff works next door to the one at Beach blvd and Hodge’s blvd in Jacksonville Beach Fl . When I picked up my dog from his services I took him next door so my friend could see him she said he didn’t smell good like did he have a bath? Bc I can’t smell I ask several people to smell him they all said he didn’t smell like he had a bath. They told me to go to a different groomer also his nails were not cut ! And they Do Not take cash un-American although they took cash for a tip I now do his cuts myself now and he looks just as nice and smells much better . The lady was nice enough but the purple hair was too much! Leading me to believe she is a white liberal woman and that doesn’t align with my beliefs . I won’t be going back and will not send anyone there mostly because they don’t accept cash that definitely doesn’t align with my values

Took my girl here for the first time. Staff is awesome, just a great atmosphere. I stopped going to the big business to support small business. Glad I did. Lizzy is my service dog and I have to make sure she’s loved and taken care for by the best

Riley did an amazing job on our Golden Retriever! I can’t get over how great he looks. Riley was extremely nice and gave me some advice regarding a couple of issues that were going on with him. We will definitely be back!
