Such warm and welcoming place! I cannot say enough great things about this dog grooming salon! From the moment we walked in, the staff was happy, friendly, and genuinely caring toward both me and my dogs. They will even get to know you and your fur baby on a first name bases. It's clear that they truly love animals and take pride in the work they do. I have a nervous dog and they made the entire experience stress-free, were patient, and loving. They took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and exceeded my expectations. They treated my dog like family, not just another appointment. If you're looking for a trustworthy, talented, and caring grooming salon, I highly recommend them. Missy will go above and beyond! We will definitely be returning.

We have been taking our dog to this location for a few years now. Unfortunately, we will be leaving to find another groomer. We were 25 minutes late to drop our dog off this morning. The reason for being late was because I had to get my child ready for school and we were running late. Her summer school is south of our house. Then, I had to drive back north from our house to Julie’s Groom. I couldn’t believe that we weren’t even given a warning which I would understand that next time we would be charged $15 for a late fee. Not even a heads up that a late fee was going to be applied when I dropped our dog off. It wasn’t until my wife picked up our dog and she called notifying me of the fee. The owner wouldn’t even apply a $15 discount to our to next groom.
