My boy Romeo has been going to Woof Gang since they opened, this hairy beast Samoyed 🐾🐾 . Romeo’s groomer Nigeli is amazing and super patient with Romeo 🐾🐾. She also takes care of my girl Raven 🐾🐾

Emily did an amazing job with our Poppy on a groom. She looked so fresh and clean! We have known Emily since Poppy was a puppy and she takes great care of her. 🥰🐾

Jessica is the best. My dog is always so happy to see her and leaves smelling and feeling great. She really takes her time and makes him feel comfortable with what she is doing. Highly recommend.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!! I’ve taken my dog here four times now. Today, she was apparently cut during her full groom and her groomer (Jessica V) did not tell me. It’s not until I just did a full inspection that I saw there are cut marks along her neck. I cannot believe I wasn’t told. This issue is they RUSH through their services. Before moving from out of state, we used a groomer that would spend 3-4 hours for my dog. Woof Gang Bexley has my dog done in an hour. I’m honestly not even sure that they actually bathe her. I swear her feet always come back smelly, but her body is drenched in perfume. My dog also never had any anxiety with her last groomer. With Woof Gang Bexley, she is always nervous and shaking before going. I thought it was just because she wasn’t used to it, but now I have a feeling it’s because the place is much more sinister than I suspected. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!! IT’s NOT WORTH YOUR PUP’s PAIN!!!! I’m going to reach out tomorrow and see how they handle this. Update: after reaching out and speaking to their manager, Brooke, they completely deny responsibility. She even lied to me and said the groomer wasn’t working, and when I went into the store she was there. VERY fishy business practices! Another update: I bathed my dog two days after her service (since she still smelled) and saw even more razor burn once her fur was wet.

We first visited Woof Gang Bexley as walk‑in customers when our Cavapoo Lucy was just 10 weeks old. Jessica was assigned as our groomer and remember her coming out to meet our sweet pup. Lucy instantly gravitated towards her. Lucy only needed a little trim around her eyes and a quick nail file, and Jessica was so gentle and patient with her. Fast forward three and half months, and we brought Lucy back for her big girl full groom. It was bittersweet seeing how grown she looked, but she came out even more beautiful. Jessica was once again incredibly sweet, calm, and caring with her. We’re so happy to have found such a wonderful groomer for our Lucy.
