Puppy Scrub

Staff was wonderful. They were so sweet to my senior dog, Blake, and overall they were just a pleasure to work with. Scheduling was quick and easy. When we got home, the first thing my fiancé said was “he looks great! This is probably one of the best cuts he’s had!” This was our first time here. Unfortunately we are moving out of state but if we don’t find a house by the time he needs a groom again, we will absolutely be back!

A beautiful salon, dogs all seem relax and staff is amazing. They take excellent care of my Violet.

Sylvia and Christine are wonderful groomers. The dogs look and smell their best. And Trixie made new friends.

I used the self service which was so simple and easy to use. The staff was so helpful and shared many tricks to stay simplify the process and keep my dog calm.

I have a long coat (reactive) dog & my shower just cant handle any more dog baths lol, I started to look around for self wash dog shops near me and this place came up. I was hesitant based off of images online but wanted to see what it had to offer. You go on the website & it has a call option but the number never goes through/gives a busy tone. I decided to put my pup in the car and drive over to see if I could inquire while leaving my pup in the car for a sec. I walk in, they have a large dog they are grooming, I wasn’t even greeted in a polite manner, just a rushed “what do you want” kind of response. I told who I believe is the owner what I was there for & the lady then proceeds to mumble some info & quotes $25 for half an hour when the website lists $10-$15. I understand they’re busy but give me something with the info to read over. I work for a veterinary ER I GET IT, however that’s why it’s important to have someone available on the phones/reception area at all times. The energy in the place is HORRIBLE and I walked right out. Guess my shower is gonna have to take one for the team.
