Great experience! Was late for a nail trim appointment because my cat didn't want to get inside of his carrier. The owner was super understanding and accommodating and let me come in later when she was free. She handled my cat very well despite him hating being held and getting his nails done. Overall it was super quick and my cat's nails came out great! Will definitely be coming back and recommending others to do so as well!

I took my cat for grooming and nail caps. TBH, I wondered how the heck that is done. I am so impressed by Diana and her shop. My cat Buddy smells so good still and hasn't broken my skin once . Best thing since toilet paper!!!!

By far, of all the grooming places I’ve heard about locally, The Cat’s Box is the place any and every cat owner in Las Cruces, NM, should choose without hesitation. Diana, a true grooming veteran, was professional, caring, and made the whole experience completely stress-free. The space was clean and calm, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about animals. She’s extremely knowledgeable, polite, and kind, and even takes the time to show how to properly maintain your cat’s coat. I really appreciated the personal touch and follow-up advice on keeping my cat’s coat healthy. Since coming here, Darcy and pyrite have shown a significantly improved quality of life — they’re happier, healthier, and more comfortable overall. Kim at Cat’s Meow utilizes her business as well, and I’ll continue coming here for the lifespan of my cats and as long as I live in LCNM. I don’t have a before and after for my DSH. While the services may look pricey on her website, it's worth the services Diana provides you and your furry feline. Diana usually gives recommendations on how often your cat should be groomed based on their hair type and grooming habits. The store also has products you can purchase such as nail clippers and cat combs for a fair price.
