Nicole is the BEST!!!! She goes above and beyond! My pups love her!!

I brought my dog Venus in a few weeks ago for a nail trim she can be pretty reactive but the team handled her so calmly and professionally. They did an amazing job! This past Saturday, I brought in my white husky, Kona, who is definitely a challenge with all that hair and she was super nervous , and once again they exceeded my expectations. The staff was patient, kind, and did an incredible job.I truly appreciate how well they care for my dogs, even when they aren’t the easiest. I’ll definitely be bringing them back highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Nicole at Pretty Pups by Nicole in Levittown and will definitely be coming back. I originally went to PetSmart for a simple nail trim for my dog Max, but was told I had to wait two hours or make an appointment—even for something as basic as nails. I’ve been there before without issues, so it honestly felt more like a staffing problem than anything else. I ended up finding Pretty Pups by Nicole, and I’m really glad I did. Even though she was busy, she took me right away without hesitation. No hassle, no runaround. She handled Max with care, patience, and confidence. He can be a bit anxious, but she was quick, gentle, and knew exactly what she was doing—he did great with her. You can tell she genuinely cares about the animals she works with, and that kind of service is hard to find these days. This is exactly why I prefer supporting small businesses—they haven’t forgotten what real customer service looks like. Previously called “Nose to Toes Grooming”, now called “Pretty Pups by Nicole”, is the place I take Koda-girl to, to get groomed! I absolutely love going here, Koda also absolutely loves coming here. Koda always gets some time to play play play, prior to getting groomed! Koda always gets groomed by Stephanie! She calls Koda “Little baby”, and Koda recognizes her voice & everything! Lol pulling me into the damn shop, chokin herself trying to get in!! Lolol She’s been coming here since she was around 20 weeks old, every few months. Just made an appointment for my sweetums to get a fresh deep bath, blow dry, trim, paws done, etc. Can’t wait!

Nicole does such a nice job with my pups. After trying several groomers and not being completely satisfied, we were very pleased when we found Nicole. My girls look great and they were only there a few hours, not all day like other places. Thanks Nicole!
