Dashing Dogs Mobile Grooming

This is the best grooming service in town! Amanda was delightful and so sweet to both my frenchie girls! I will definitely recommend Dashing Dogs to everyone I know!

They are very friendly and professional. Our dog Sadie loves them as do we. If they have any problems, they call and tell you what is happening and call when they are on the way! Wouldn't use anyone else!

Had set up an appointment for my dog, however, they were a no call no-show. I received a Facebook reply from a question I had on their page notifying me that they were going to have a date in which they were going to accept appointments for our area here in Odessa, Texas. I went ahead and called to set up an appointment. Was in touch with LeeAnn (I believe that is her name ) multiple times. The first time I called, I was told that they were going to set a date to come into our area however they did not have that date yet and that I would receive a phone call back once there was a set date. A few days past, and I went ahead and called to check in to see if there was an update and spoke with LeeAnn again . Was told again that they still did not have a set day, but I would be the first to get a phone call once they had the dates. However, I never did get a phone call back but did happen to see that they posted the dates on Facebook. I went ahead and I called again and got in touch with LeeAnn and she stated that yes that she meant to call me, but she had been busy with marketing the business in our area and that the owners unfortunately had a funeral to tend to. I went ahead and was able to set my appointment for a Sunday first thing in the morning. Never did get a confirmation message so I made sure to call back a few days ahead of the appointment to make sure that everything was set. Again, was in contact with LeeAnn. She stated that she was meaning to call me to confirm. Stated that she would either call to talk to me again on Friday or Saturday to make sure that they were still going to come into our area since there was a chance that they weren’t going to have enough appointments to make their trip. She did give me the heads up that there would be a chance that they may have to condense all the appointments into one single day, which was either going to be Sunday or Monday but of course she would let me know and that I had first dibs on the time. Never received a phone call so I assume that our appointment was still set for Sunday. Coming Sunday morning, nobody came. Did call back and was in touch with Cheyenne, who was very helpful. Unfortunately, it turns out that I was never set up an account or put in the system, even though I was in touch with Dashing Dogs multiple times. Apparently, there was not enough appointments for them to make their trip in our area so they went ahead and canceled for Sunday and Monday. My main complaint is for the fact that I was in touch with Dashing Dogs multiple times with LeeAnn and in those multiple times was never set up an account for my set appointment for my dog. Especially since I made sure to call to confirm, and even then, that wasn’t enough.

I was so happy with their service! Kim came early for the appointment! Kim was very nice, very courteous, and very kind to me and especially my dog! Kim did such a great job trimming my doggies nails, trimmed his hair on his feet, bathed him, and brushed him. She even went the extra mile to put a halloween banana on him, which was so cool! Kim is AWESOME! I would highly recommend Kim and this company to anyone who needs their dog taken care of by Kim! Go Kim, you did so great! Thank you so much! My wife and I will definitely have this company come over to our house again and again!
