Lubbock Pet Grooming

My aunt took her dog in on February 25 for a trim, they proceeded to cut all her hair and cut her paw and stomach, she took her dog to the vet the next day with concerns of infection, her dog is still not doing well, I recommend steering clear of this establishment.

Ted's 1st time at the groomer! Yorkie.Shih Tzu ♥ In the before pic he had a little heart shaped dirt crusted up on his nose, his hair had grown too long around his eyes but Lubbock Pet Grooming got him all cleaned up, the staff is friendly, price is perfect, love the Bandana ♥ He has all his shots minus one, has rabies shots. He was Black & Brown when he was a baby but now his coat has turned completely White Update! Ted's brother Andy ❤️ is also a regular at Lubbock pet grooming 🐾🥰 this little baby was afraid but they called us to come and help calm him, he did great for his first time and he's been several times 😁 he loves it, we love it here 🥰🐾❤️

My hometown charges $25 less (w mil disc) 😅 so a bit pricey since they don't offer that either. But i LOVED the bows they put on her and they gave me the courtesy of calling me about how i like her face cut. I really appreciated that cause not all groomers will. They did a wonderful job on my doodle and i will return to this establishment for her grooming needs in LBK when she needs it :)

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE. I just picked my two shihtzus up with the WORST haircut I have ever seen. It’s down to the skin, their faces are choppy, and their paws are horrible. One of my dogs has BUMPS AND SCRATCHES in several different parts of his body. It is extremely concerning. I beg that nobody takes their dogs here. I’m going to have to take my dog to the vet because of all these marks. Scared for infection. I called in tears to voice my concerns and they refused to let me know who groomed them. They also said they did not notice any marks. How is this not noticeable?

Absolutely no clue how to cut a standard schnauzer. The picture I showed them and what I got wasn't close. It looked like Ray Charles cut the lines they were as crooked as can be. All 3 dogs in different places were cut so short it was all the way to the skin no fur at all. There is a picture of what I asked for and the sad reality of what I got. Each dog is pictured. I do not recommend this place at all.
