Called for new client appointment. They weren't very interested in helping me. Didn't want senior dog, I was told they were booked on Saturdays for "a long time" not a new client friendly atmosphere. I look elsewhere.

Brought my anxious weiner dog in for a nail trim. Karen did a quick and fantastic job on his over grown nails and was very gentle and nice to him. Miles is very satisfied as well. Will definitely be going back for all of his future nail trimmings. 10/10 recommend

Karen's Grooming does an outstanding job on my little fur baby. She needs her hair cut about every three months. They are genuine pet lovers. I moved to the area a year ago and it's the best haircut my fur baby has ever had.
