List is like your little hole in the wall "café" but for your dog grooming need! The owner is so welcoming and inviting on top of being an expert at what she does. I was a walk-in customer and she stopped what she was doing to do my teacup chihuahua nails in a matter of mins and even got the dew claw " what would have taken me weeks to accomplish took her less than 5 min" my dog felt so comfortable that she barley even fought her. She also did the annual glands on my other dog. If your look for a groomer this gal and her crew the real deal!

We have been to ☘️ lucky dog ☘️ a few times and they are efficient, welcoming and have great communication. Our dog RJ (Rick James) is a stinky beast sometimes and after his grooming appointment he always looks like a doggie prince. 👑 Thank you Courtney and team for dealing with his excessive barking! 🐕

THEY SHAVED MY DOGS WHISKERS OFF. The ladies of this establishment came into my place of business, which is near the chop shop they run. I decided to give them a try and dropped off my dog for a wash, nail trim, and I asked to have her lower jawline trimmed up. I picked her up not too long after dropping her off. Actually surprised they were done so soon. I make it back home and give my small dog a better look to see their work. I find that her WHISKERS have been SHAVEN OFF. I did NOT ask for that nor have I never had a groomer shave her face when I asked for a TRIM. Absolutely unacceptable nothing but time will help my poor dogs face. Needless to say I’m livid. Now looking at the reviews, the snarky unprofessional responses from the “owner” on google reviews. I wonder how this chop shop is even open still. Seems like the owner is so concerned with any type of criticism and replying with lengthy snarky clap-backs on Google. It hinders her ability to train her staff properly. I’ll never be back and I will warn any and every dog owner I know what a horrible experience my poor girl was subjected to. No one should be supporting this chop shop.

Courtney took such good care of our little girl. She usually hates being groomed, but everytime she has gone she has had no problems! And looks fabulous!!

I have 3 babies (small, medium and Ex-large). I take them in regularly to see Kendra for nails, wash, and a trim. My babies love coming in to see her. We've gone elsewhere in the past and my babies made it clear they didn't like going there (they would act up when I dropped them off and be start shaking). At lucky dog, we've never had that happen. My big dog can be a handful but they take such good care of my babies! Their prices are affordable and the staff are just wonderfully amazing!
