(from Google)Robin takes great care with Annie's grooming needs, using a medicated shampoo to help her skin. Robin loves Annie as if she were her favorite dog. I am grateful for Robin.
Chloe was awesome with our skittish small dog. She took the time to get to know the little bugger and for once he did not "need" a muzzle or cone. That speaks volumes. Picked up a happy, soft, fluffy puppy. I will be coming here regularly as long as she's on staff!
I arrived, then waited at least ten minutes for anyone to check my dogs in. Then it took over 25 minutes to enter information into the system to get two nail trims and one bath and haircut for a 12 pound dog, even though I’d made appointments in advance. The total purchase price for those three services (again, two nail trims and one bath/haircut for a small Jack Russell mix) was over $130. As I was paying, I was informed that Petco is a nonprofit organization, which it is not. As a publicly traded company, though, this quality of service explains why stock is only three dollars per share at the moment. The only reason I used this service was because our usual local groomer was unavailable, but this redoubled my loyalty to her business.
First time my puppy was at a groomer, they did a wonderful job helping her feel calm for her nail trim and wash, she even got her teeth brushed
Last minute grooming appointment for my pooch. Niki did an excellent job giving her a make-over. A lion’s mane and a paint brush tail. The shed release plus haircut was well worth the wait. Thank you so much.
