(from Google)Took my labradoodle to get wash and full haircut with tip ( gave before I saw dog) 150$ .there are many patches that got missed and in other spots Aubrey went to her skin and not where there could have been matted hair like on her leg. Not her by her fee but on her thigh. I have taken her to petsmart many times and this by far is the worst cut. Will be looking for a different groomer next time.
Brooklyn did amazing!! She took such great care of my pomeranian, especially since it was her first time getting a haircut! High recommend!
I took my fbf to PetSmart for grooming a couple of times. The last time I asked for basically a full service. I paid almost $100 bucks for it plus tip. When I got home, I realized the groomer did about half of the services I paid for (when I picked up my dog, I thought it was a little short for all of the services). A couple of days later, I spoke to the manager, he was not very helpful, so I decided to not go back to PetSmart. I found out that there are much more professional groomers that don’t charge the ridiculous prices that PS charges.
My dog on average has a good experience. Over the 20 years of taking him there only once did he get a bad haircut and recently had a fantastic groomer.
Took our cautious black lab male here and they did a great job! The downside was the wait time at check in. Owners for pick and my drop off waited 20-30 minutes on a busy Saturday. Other shops are lower volume, less wait time, and can be more personally engaged with owners with special requirements like ours.
