Fuzzybutz Pet Grooming

Not really pleased with the service. Didn't cut her hair like I asked. Didn't paint her nails and had to take her back just for her to trim her nail so I could see them. Trying to get to many dogs through without any help. I'm sure in time this will change. Very friendly people. Don't like the fact my dog had nothing to drink for 6 to 7 hours. SLOW DOWN AND DO WHAT PEOPLE ASK.

Fuzzybutz always does a wonderful job with my golden doodle. They are easy to schedule with, responsive, and I trust that my fur baby is in good hands every time. I also love that I can drop my pup off in the morning before work so that I can still be on time as well. Been going here for about a year! Thank you, Fuzzybutz

Very bad first and last experience. We have a Great Pyrenees/Golden Retriever pup. He needs regular baths and good brush outs. We paid extra for furminator brushing. They asked if we wanted any trimming and we said no. When we picked him up he was limping. They cut his toe fur and in the process clipped his toe pads. They were completely raw and pink. He also had so much fur just loose flying around it was clear they hadn't brushed him properly. Upon arriving home he drank an entire bowl of water. When I called and spoke to the manager about what had happened she explained they always trim toes and hygiene area even if you say no trimming. She also said it is their policy to keep the dogs in crates from the time they are dropped off until after their bath. My dog was in a crate with no water, or walk to go potty from 8am to almost 3pm. That is inhumane. When I brought all this to their attention they just apologized and said "accidents happen" in response to my dogs paws cut raw and they didn't see anything wrong with the crate all day and no water issue. They also offered no refund or to finish his brush out. Just an empty apology and follow up the next day to see if we had to take him to the vet.

Great job with Lilly. They are always so nice to her and give top notch service. I will never consider going else where for my pets grooming

I've been twice now for my very large, long-haired dog. They have good availability (I've gotten same day appointments both times) and he comes out looking, smelling, and feeling fantastic. I get him bathed and nails trimmed but no haircuts and it's ~$35. Great place!
