Beware of the grooming salon area at this location is one in there that is very rough with you dog/puppy I had went in and checked up on my puppy threw the window as I didnt want her to see me and seen this lady was yelling and had my dog pulling my dog by ear so hard it made my dog scoot and the way she was holding the snout my dog was shaking so scared I went in the door after I seen this to let her know I was watching and she changed her roughness a little with my doggy but also this one person had attitude from the moment I dropped her off which should have been huge red flag but I gave her benefit of doubt maybe she getting off to rough start but even when picked up she didnt say one word to me opened the door to let my dog out as she sat behind computer then goes "hello" with attitude to hand me the slip to pay I didn't say nothing and kept walking as I already paid online

At the end of the day- it's a Pet Smart. Will it have EVERYTHING you need? No. But it has some supplies that are helpful. If you need something, pet related, it's worth checking here for it.

Took my cat for her first ever grooming visit. The 2 young women who took care of her were great. We will return for future visits.

Im already having a bad day and eventful day. Pretty solid customer service except one individual. A lady about 5"4 winged eyeliner wearing a blue shirt. This is around 2 o'clock. She speaks to me as if im bothering her. As if she's not on the clock? Im buying dog food. The fridge said 39.99. She says 43.95. (Close to that) Baffled I ask her to repeat the price again I wasn't sure i heard that correctly. And she says. " I dont know you have to tap no on the screen." Only with insolent attitude and only seconds after she said the total. She can see my frustration rising and she smiles and chuckles. Very antagonizing customer service. I had to walk out and not even claim my change because I was already so frustrated. There aren't many petsmarts in the valley and I dont won't to shop outside my town. Why would I have to? This individual made me feel unwelcome and unappreciated. Just this one. The test are always so nice.

Love this location! Been taking my 2 Frenchies there for grooming for over 2 years! Nariah, a groomer in the salon, is amazing! Very good with the pups! Highly recommend!
