(from Google)Lindsay is the best groomer in Nashville! And literally the only one who was willing to work with my poor little disabled dog. Everyone at Crossroads has been really cool and they’re a cut above the rest, no pun intended ❤️
The staff were very helpful and friendly. They all had smiles. Customer service skills were on point. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend this place. It was my first time and I purchased dog food, supplies and treats.
I paid 175 for this masterpiece. You know it’s bad when a few people out in public have recommended a couple of great groomers. I didn’t notice at first because she was slicked down this really amazing smelling sprits. Mind you she has these patches on the back of both of her front legs not just one.. I’m so disappointed and annoyed with crossroads our first visit was great so I was not expecting this smh it’ll take months before her hair grows back even enough for a good cut.
I’ve been taking my Bernedoodle, Nellie (now 2 years old) to Cason at Crossroad Pets in Germantown since she was just 4 months old, and he’s the absolute best! He’s so kind and gentle with her, always texts me updates, sends pictures, and just genuinely cares about the dogs he works with. Her groom always turns out perfect—exactly how I ask for it every time. He’s never shaved her or changed anything without checking first, which I really appreciate. If you have any kind of doodle, go see Cason!
I had a wonderful experience bringing my MACC foster dog Rose into the school for a bath. I had no idea how to bathe a big fluffy dog so I needed help. Natalie the manager, Lindsey the instructor and all the students were so kind and helpful and did a wonderful job. She looks and smells amazing and is as fluffy as a cloud. This will go such a long way in helping her find her forever home. And since she’s a foster they offered the bath free of charge. Thank you Crossroads!
