PetSmart Grooming

Petsmart grooming is very affordable and my pup always comes home looking handsome. I definitely recommend Eliana for any poodle or doodle cuts, she does a great job!

I have had very good experience with Petsmart Grooming at 100 Oaks. They are thorough, provide great fur trim and bath. Note: Their system is pretty funky and I do not recommend booking online.

They are just plain rude and did a terrible job. “Poor baby she’s covered in matts” As soon as she touched HIM. I told her i brush HIM everyday and that HE is just curly. To avoid the $10 dematting fee they have just shaved him down in the past. This time she charged me a $20 fee for dematting. Which made no sense you are not dematting him you are shaving him why are you charging me extra?And now everyone makes fun of how bad his haircut looks and i go “yep steer clear of Petsmart”

Miss Jamie is the only groomer Pablo has ever known! She is amazing! She is always kind, professional, and knows how to communicate with you and your pet. You might meet a few folks who are not so friendly, but it could just be their personality or lack thereof! Don't let them dissuade you from finding Miss Jamie! Pablo gets excited when you ask him if he wants to go see her! I can't say enough great things about her! Our boy struts his "stuff" after a visit to see her!

If you want your dog to not be groomed and come back smelly as you left them, feel free to use this PetSmart for your “grooming” needs. I took my dog there this past weekend. They didn’t bother to bathe her, nor used the furmanator as I requested or anything. Oh they also forgot to tell me she was “done”. Called the groomer the next day and all they had were lies and excuses. I was transferred to the manager and she didn’t sound surprised. She just gave me my money back but no apology. I’m so disappointed in this location. TL:DR Avoid this groomer at all costs.
