went to PetSmart to have my dog bathed, her nails trimmed, and her fur brushed. As soon as I walked in, I felt like the staff looked at me with suspicion. Right away, the young lady assisting me said that if my dog showed any nervous behavior, she would refrain from performing any of the services. I understood this, as my dog can get anxious, but she has always allowed these procedures to be done. Later, I received a call stating that the only service completed was the bath and that none of the other services were performed. I felt that there was little to no effort made, especially since my dog has successfully received these services in the past. When I went to pick her up, the employee did not even come out to speak with me, which added to my disappointment. What made the situation worse was being charged the full amount of $53, even though only the bath was done. Overall, this experience was very disappointing due to the lack of communication, effort, and customer service. I expected better from PetSmart.

5 stars isn't enough for the dog groomer Ashley B! Ashley is an absolute rockstar when it comes to dog grooming! She did an amazing job with my pup, and the attention to detail was impressive. The communication was top-notch, and Ashley made sure my furry friend was comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire process. I couldn't be happier with the results! If you're looking for a trustworthy and talented groomer, look no further than. Highly recommend!

This is My dog Knox. I took him in to get his hair cut short all around an his face shaped. I had to bring my dog back today because I was not satisfied at all with how his face looked. I told the guy to actually cut his face an give it some shape. He complained that he had troubles with cutting his face due to Knox moving around, which I’ve never had any issues elsewhere…. EVER… I told him to shorten his face but if he really had troubles then to completely cut it. He told me he would call me when I’m finished. 15 minutes I get a call saying to come pick him up an I come back to this.. I seen him I laughed.. For $135??? I definitely will not be coming back because he didn’t even try. I thought for sure he wouldn’t look like these being he told me he would get someone to help him. I know my dog and no one’s ever had issues. NEVER again…

Today's experience 4:30 Pm that's a lot lacking. Found 4 separate small tubs of old items on the clearance rack clearly marked $5 for all. Went to the checkout to be told it was $5 per item, on the bin which was not how they were clearly marked. (See attached photos) I asked the gentleman to be sure to change the price because that's not what it says in bold print on the bins. He seem to ignore my request and I heard him kind of laughing as I was walking off. Also, cars parked in handicap places that are clearly not supposed to be there. I tried calling the store but no one picked up the phone. For those people that are handicapped on a rainy day with a slick parking lot this does not make for a good situation when they're trying to come into your store.

Store was bright, cheerful, and clean. Set up differently; so it feels a little cozier, but it wasn't cramped. We went to Banfield, and they were awesome! Cheaper for a visit than other local vets too. They even called the next day just to make sure that the instructions were clear and we were getting better.
