This was my first time taking my pups to Pink Bone Pet Grooming, and I couldn’t be happier! The customer service was amazing from start to finish. My pups were groomed beautifully and treated with such care. They looked and smelled fantastic when they came home. Very professional service, and I highly recommend Pink Bone Pet Grooming. I’ll definitely be taking my pups there again!

After speaking with many different groomers, this was the first place that truly felt understanding, fair, and genuinely kind. They didn’t try to pressure me into unnecessary expensive packages and treated us with so much respect and honesty instead. You can immediately feel when people truly care about helping their clients rather than just selling services. I’m very grateful I found this place, and we will definitely be coming back regularly. The team at Pink Bone Grooming Salon did an AMAZING job! We’ve been looking for a groomer to call home for our boy and definitely found it. For the groom: Our dog is a Whoodle with some crazy, fluffy, curly, soft, and wiry hair. As his hair grew from puppy fur to his adult coat, we didn’t maintain it as we should so he got a lot of mats, unfortunately. We had to shave him down for the first time so we were nervous. He was also very nervous going in, shy, and didn’t want to leave my side. By the time they finished, he was bouncing out of there and I knew he felt so much better! His hair was totally shaved down but the groomer kept his fluffy ears and tail so it’s a very cute cut for a fresh start. She even pulled out a little picture frame with sample hair lengths so I could know what to expect after, which is a very thoughtful touch! We’re planning to grow it out so I know how to help him stay fluffy moving forward. The groomer was very kind and didn’t judge us at all which I was thankful for as a first time fluffy dog mom. For the booking: The phone calls, texts, and appointment making process as a whole was super easy. We had booked somewhere else and got cancelled rather last minute (things happen, which is okay so I’m not naming them) and we were able to call on Saturday for Monday availability. For the location: It’s tucked away so you have to drive around to find the entrance but it’s clearly labeled and there are signs guiding you to the entrance. The inside of the establishment is very cute, clean, and there are even cameras that show what goes on in the back. I like and respect the transparency a lot. They have treats and things you can purchase inside as well as brushes. Overall: I’m incredibly grateful and hope this review gives you confidence to give them a try! These girls are amazing!

My puppy looked adorable. He was fluffy and perfectly groomed. The staff was very friendly and you could tell love what they do.

I absolutely love Pink Bone The groomers are so sweet and my puppy Heathrow always comes back looking and smelling amazing!! He even smells amazing for a few weeks! He usually gets the mini groom and the foot pad treatment.
