Petco Grooming

The people at Patchogue petco are FABULOUS!!!!! They are so good with my dogs Max and Skyy. My babies look FANTASTIC after the grooming it's unbelievable...... Thank you and Appreciate you guys!!!!!!

My regular groomer broke her arm so I went to Petco. My Yorkie was a mess because he was so overdue. Jewels did an amazing job with him and was so lovable with him !!

I’d give Zero if that was a choice 9 hours they had my Bernese Mtn dog. To hand him back groomed as a Poodle. Cut off ALL his hair and then charge me 3x for the brush out. $300 for a haircut I could have done myself for free.

I know they say walk in for nail trims are always welcome. But in my experience, it’s better to call and make sure they’re not too busy. They do a nice job on my rat-chi and he’s usually done within 5-10 minutes.

If there was less than 1 Star to be given out we would do so. Tried to get my Dogs Nails Cut, and was infotrmed I can come in any time. We showed up yesterday to be infoermed that an employee called out and the wait for a nail trim would be over 1-hour. Prior to showing up we left 2 messages for service and was never called back. I called again today at exactly 8:00 AM, opening bell. No answer and left yet anothert message. As of 5:53 PM today no answer. Drove to Riverhead at 9:00 AM and was informed they were short handed and had to come back at 2:00 PM. Which we did. Frankie was beyond awesome. Quick question to Management. If you can't make an appointment on line for nail trimming, and no one answers the phones or calls back.....What is the next step.
