Scruffy 2 Fluffy Dog Grooming

I’ve gone twice since my shih tzu got her full vaccines, they’ve done an amazing job both times, exactly the haircut i ask for! They take beautiful pictures if you decide to get one. We got one for Valentines recently, they came out perfect.

First time here. They did such a great job on Zoey for her spa day. We are Winter Texans and now have a place for our baby to get her spa day in. She has her next appointment all set. Thank you

I had a very disappointing experience here. My pet did not receive the care and attention I expected. I’m not sure what goes on behind closed doors but it was very upsetting seeing my dog shaking when I picked her up from her appointment.The cut looked rushed and uneven and not worth the money I paid for. On top of that, the customer service was unprofessional and dismissive when I raised my concerns. I would not recommend this groomer to anyone.

Came in with my poodle midas, who hasn't been groomed by this salon or while in my care yet; they did PHENOMENAL he was matted (i know) and they not only went super gentle and slow with him for his comfort but they managed to get him at a comfortable state shaved down with no knicks or bumps and he's been so much happier! They took time and consideration and it pays off!! the price was phenomenal, the best i've seen in the valley for poodles and the best customer service i've seen in a while!!
