Rescheduled grooming appointment twice and never sent confirmation via text or email. I was originally told our appointment was scheduled at 10 am and then received a call at 9:15 am that we had to reschedule again due to the groomer no longer being able to fit him in. Disappointing first impression. Have a 3rd appointment scheduled for Wednesday and will see if things go any better.

Wonderful staff. Our impossible to handle for nail trim is done effortlessly in minutes. No longer drug her to relax and then wrestle with! Gracie actually prances in happily and when staff takes leash follows willingly. Truly amazing❤️🐾❤️🐾 Nancy

This was my first time bringing my dog, Marley, here, and I’m seriously blown away. I’ve been trying to find a good groomer for a while, and this was by far the best experience we’ve ever had. Marley’s cut looks perfect - honestly the best she’s ever had - and she came out so happy and relaxed. You can tell they really care about the dogs they groom. I finally found our go-to groomer!

My dog Reese a cocker spaniel has high fear at the groomers. Here they have alot of patience and care. They (Lana) did an amazing job on Reese!! We will be bringing both dogs here. Love them!! Would like to say thanks from us and Reese!!! ♡ He came home looking like a Show dog my husband said lol!!! 😁 update: We took our corgi Tinsel Lana groomed her like a show dog!! She brushed most of Tinsels tarter off her teeth, which is amazing because Tinsel smiles so much!! Thanks so much for the loving care you have given to both dogs!! ♡♡♡♡♡ A million million stars to ya!! ♡♡♡

We have been taking our Mini-Aussie here for about a month now and we love this business. Very convenient location off of I-35 next to Johnny's in Salado. The kennels are clean and bright. The staff is pleasant and helpful. So far we've used the play dates with other pups and our dog loves them. She is in with other small to medium sized dogs and comes home worn out from play. She has stayed overnight once and seems to enjoy the suite with the personal outdoor yard. As long as she enjoys The Dog Spot we'll be regular customers.
