Despite his nervous tendencies, she handles him gently while still being efficient, which we really appreciate. We had a great experience getting our golden doodle washed and groomed! She was friendly, patient, and our doodle was very receptive to her. After countless grooming failures at other establishments, this was definitely the right choice moving forward and our doodle stayed calm knowing she’s still close to the house, that was the biggest convenience and benefit.

Alexys also used a special shampoo for dogs with drier skin issues, which for me, shows her compassion and kindness.
