Liz is great, Yessenia forcefully grabs dog legs (witnessed on another dog) to shave. Botched my dogs anal gland’s expression, she’s leaking everywhere but we luckily don’t have to take her to the vet for a rupture.

Not only did they did a horrific job grooming my dog (twice) but also, manager Rosa asked for more money: they quoted me a whole different price in the beginning.
