had such a great experience at Smart & Final today, I honestly left smiling. Ayanna deserves a special shout-out—she was incredibly helpful and kind (and even helped me with my very heavy cat litter, which I truly appreciated!). Everyone in the store today was fantastic. One of the women working there told me about a special if I signed up on the app, and because of her tip I ended up getting a $12 credit for my next visit—such a nice surprise and I’m so glad she mentioned it. The whole store had this genuinely positive energy. I got help right away, didn’t have to wait long, and people were actually pleasant and engaged. I even got a great recommendation for cat food for my finicky older cat from another clerk—so helpful. It honestly made me wonder if the store is under new management because the customer service today was next level. Super grateful… and what a great city we live in. I’ll absolutely be back!

HORRIBLE experience from start to finish. We clearly instructed them not to cut our dog’s hair short, and they completely ignored it. When we came back, our dog was butchered beyond recognition. The cut was uneven, sloppy, and honestly shocking. I could’ve done a better job with zero training. This place has no business grooming animals.

Very disorganized with pet grooming services. We came in and were told our appointment was in 45 minutes and that we needed physical proof of our rabies vaccine even though we brought it to them last time (they didn’t save the record or inform us to bring it ahead of time and refused to accept a digital copy). When we got back they told us we’d missed the appointment because they got our dog mixed up with another dog the first time. They were incredibly rude the entire time and lied about when we were there the first time, accepting zero responsibility in the situation whatsoever. Terrible experience. Do not recommend.

BEST staff who love pets and are so loving and sweet to everyone! Sean, Kameron and Gloria are the best and both groomers are wonderful! They show my dog Luna so much love every time we shop there and it is her favorite place to go! Milpas location is the BEST!
