First time using this grooming service and was very pleased. They were very kind and respectful that my dog needed things to go slow as he is extremely nervous. Wish I had found them sooner...my vet wanted $60 just to trim my small dog's nail. I will be back as their pricing is ideal and well priced for this economy.

Great experience, the staff and service were wonderful. Answered all of my questions, appointment scheduling was easy, and Lucy came out happy and looking/smelling great.

Would not recommend. Both my dogs received services yesterday and I am not pleased at all. I have been coming to this groomers for almost 2 years and it has always been great. My husband noticed that my dogs were trying to run out the door when entering and leaving the salon. I should have known them. But I asked for my golden retrievers stomach to be shaved and side hairs to be trimmed because of the summer heat and it was not done when addressed, the groomer didn’t offer to fix. And both my dogs ears were not cleaned properly and feet were not trimmed correctly. But the real issue I’m having is that my golden retriever ears were not trimmed properly and it is matted into a huge knot. Never has my dog had a large knot. I attached pictures. All I asked was for a refund for services that were not done (which was full groom) and the $20 tip I gave without seeing my dog first. I don’t know what happened to this business but it is being poorly ran. I have always advocated for this small business but not after this horrible experience.
