(from Google)Today we took my dog in for her first beginner training course with Daryl! He was so awesome with her and very attentive to all of her needs. She did so amazing at learning. He gave such good feedback for all of us to learn. Very excited to keep up with the training program!
VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! we went to this location Saturday, (5-9-2026) an we saw a female orange tabby, named molly, we were extremely interested in. but when we were looking at her through the window, we seen CLEAR AS DAY, a FLEA run across her little head. so in response my boyfriend and i went to go tell what we thought was an employee (at the time) that she had a flea. long story short, kayla and or kaylee (cant remember her name) told us "yea well, its an animal store, what do you expect?" my boyfriend and i had our flabbers gasted. to say the least. than we tried to explain to the lady that we have another cat and we were just worried about the FLEAS spreading. her response was "well is your cat treated?" yes. "than it should be fine." EXCUSE ME??? you completely missed the point that we are worried about SPREADING FLEAS!!!!! anyways we get our items an leave. we than call this store (this is still Saturday 5-9-2026) and speak to a manager, i believe her name might've been jen, i am not too sure we did not catch her name. anyways. we told management about the interaction we had with kayla / kaylee and management said that was not ok, an that she was A SUPERVISOR. so you allow supervisors to speak to WILLING TO ADOPT customers like that? super not ok. than we told management that molly (the female orange tabby) that she had at least one flea, and the lady manager said that is "not ok, and that i will be in contact with our vets to get her re-treated." and to "call back Monday, so than she will be ready for you guys." ok, cool. here comes Sunday, (5-10-2026) we just decided to go check to see if she was still there an if she had her little info card up still, in which she did, even though we were under the impression that she was getting "treated". ok, cool whatever, we leave an go on about our day because it was mothers day. long story longer, we decided we were just going to adopt her that day, (Sunday 5-10-2026) so we arrive at this location an go to look to see if she was still there, an to OUR SURPRISE she was not. we go to the front to ask a very sweet worker what had happened an she said that molly, the female orange tabby was adopted out earlier that day. along with a tiny baby boy orange tabby. to say the least we were in shock. fast forward to today. (5-11-2026) we call the store again to just see what they have to say for themselves, and it was not promising. when the phone got answered we instantly asked to speak to a manager, the lady on the phone said "oh i am one!" ok cool! we explain what had happened an that we were calling to see if she was still there. (once again, just to see what they have to say for themselves.) lady on the phone said "ok yea, give me one minute to see if shes still available." thanks, we wait about 5 minutes on hold until she comes back with "yea so she either got adopted out or one of our volunteers took her." or something along the lines of that. so we respond with "oh, even though she might've had fleas?" her response was baffling. "yea so im actually the one you spoke to IN STORE on SATURDAY." oh so you just lied saying your were a MANAGER even though you are a SUPERVISOR???? crazy. needless to say, i honestly hope you both (the supervisor an manager) get the karma you deserve for lying to willing to adopt customers. and my boyfriend an i along with many other family members will never be returning to this stores locations.
I had a great experience at PetSmart thanks to Nivea. She was incredibly helpful while I was picking out fish and took the time to answer all of my questions. I really appreciated how patient and knowledgeable she was throughout the process. She even made sure to catch the exact fish I wanted, which I know isn’t always easy! Her customer service made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Thank you, Nivea, for going above and beyond!
Kylie you are the best Zoey loves you so much Kylie’s energy was amazing Zoey jumped to her and we have been together ever since I come to Tennessee once a month just for Kylie to give Zoey the works and have been completely satisfied I tried in Indianapolis and no good results
⚠️⚠️⚠️Id give a 0 if I could. I was looking at the fish and the tanks were dirty and fish were molded and dead sunk to the bottom because they had been there for almost a week would be my guess. I said something about it because seeing that is devastating and she said they are supposed to be cleaned out every morning but it doesn't look like it. Little fun fact about this is, when fish die the surrounding fish get so depressed they die slowly. Some looked un-fed as well. Half were floating in the water, discolored from being sick. This was absolutely devastating to look at and completely ruined my day. When fish die they don't loose there color for at least 12-24 hours (unless they are sick) and if you look closely they are grey, eaten by other fish, and molded. Do better pet smart.
