A Pampered Poodle

Dear Pampered Poodle, I wanted to reach out and let you know that yours is the best grooming service I have ever used. My two Shih Tzus have experienced some very poor service in the past while we searched for the right fit, and we are so glad to have found you. We love being greeted like family, and we truly appreciate the laid-back atmosphere. The transparency of being able to see exactly where the grooming happens, rather than having the area blocked off from owners, is a wonderful first for us. Randy is fantastic—his great conversation and calm demeanor have made a huge difference. My dogs no longer freak out when I drop them off; it feels like leaving them with friends for a short visit. Your grooming is top-notch, and I appreciate that my specific requests are always met with a positive attitude. The first time we used your service, I was so impressed that you called to double-check how I wanted the hip-to-leg fade. It is also rare to find a place that cleans their eyes and faces so thoroughly. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of my dogs.

I took our dog, Mr. Buddykinze, AKA Buddy to Pampered Poodle today, and once again, very satisfied. He looks great. We've been taking our boy there for years. The owner is always welcoming and fits us in even on short notice. The price is unmatched. $45 for a thorough bath and cut. Much appreciated PP.

My 2nd visit and feeling like we found our place!! Charlie, my year old Shihpoo, is a rough and tumble guy and a shaggy, puppy cut is perfect! The owner is friendly, polite and thankful. His prices are very reasonable!! I can tell my ‘spirited’ little guy, (the adjective the owner gave him!) really liked the experience, smelled good, cut and, you could tell, some TLC was & bonding is starting!! Love local places doing what they enjoy!! Give them a try!! Your little guy or gal will thank you…and so will the price and service!!

I took my 11 mo old chihauhau to Pampered Poodle today for 1st time. He had nails trimmed & was bathed & groomed. I am disabled & Randy came to my car to get Butterbean. He is very thoughtful & went beyond to help me. This was my 3rd groomer. The first was too expensive, the second one couldn't be depended on. I was pleasantly surprised with pampered poodles & Randy is awesome. He is very protective of the clients & cares very much for the animals. You can't find a better groomer & the prices are very reasonable. I am very pleased with Pampered Poodles & know you will be too.

Our dog lost the ability to use her back legs and A Pampered Poodle is the only groomer that would take her. However, I’m glad it worked out that way because they take such good care of her. It is clear when you hand your fur baby over that they will be treated with lots of love, and their services are spot on. Even if we had a choice, we would never go anywhere else.
