Charlene's Quality Pet Groom

When i had my poodle i used to bring her here for grooming, and they were excellent all the way around with her. She didn't like being put in cages while waiting for her turn like they do at petco and petsmart, and i let them know that and they didn't put her in one she got to hang out with other doggies while waiting for her turn i love Charlene's for making my baby more comfortable and doing an awesome job she always looked great 👍🏻

I just moved to stockton and I was so sad to leave my groomer who was great with my two yorkees but this salon did amazing with them !

If you love your dog, I beg you not to bring your dog here! Our family brought our dog here on June 4th for her appointment to get her summer grooming and her nails cut. Later that day our family received a call that there had been an “accident” and we needed to rush to the vet where they transported our dog. We pleaded for answers, and figured out that our dog was put in a leash and tied to the Kennel to dry. The groomer did not secure the kennel door and our dog jumped out of the kennel where she was strangled and left to hang for 20 mins due to their “busy schedule”. This has been devastating for our family and hope the negligence in this business doesn’t destroy another family.

First time being here and they were wonderful! Friendly, reasonably priced and got the job done in a timely matter. I've had issues with plenty of dog groomers, however I have nothing but great things to say about Charlene's Groomers!
