Always a great experience! Dori is wonderful with Fig (poodle mix). Figgy goes in w crazy hair and comes out with an amzing cut, looking beautiful and happy. 😊

I brought my dog Charlie for his first grooming appointment today and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team’s professionalism and communication were absolutely top notch from start to finish. They took the time to listen carefully to exactly what I wanted for Charlie’s cut, and the result was perfect, he looks fantastic! I especially loved the profile update they sent afterward, which gave me a wonderful insight into how his day went and the condition he was in. That thoughtful touch made the whole experience even more amazing and reassuring. Their attention to detail and genuine care made the process smooth and stress-free for both Charlie and me. I highly recommend their grooming services to anyone looking for skilled, attentive, and friendly professionals who truly understand how to make pets look and feel their best.

From the moment we walked in, I knew Groovy Groomers was that girl. Today was Paddington’s first-ever appointment and haircut, and LOOK at my little a beauty king — royalty activated. Yes, he was matted (I just adopted him two weeks ago, don’t judge me), but Sylvia snapped! Booking? Easy. Drop-off? Explained like a pro. Communication? On point. The whole experience was a 10/10. Took my dog for the first time to get serviced a couple months ago. They did such a wonderful job for an affordable price. I could tell they took such good care of him as well. I love how they send pictures during the process. I will be bringing him back along with my mom’s shih tzu bye bye petsmart!

Kelsey did absolutely AMAZING! Oakley and Hank never looked so good. I have 2 golden retrievers and they can be a handful sometimes but wow I am so lucky we found Kelsey and Groovy Grooming!!! I mean look at that before and after! 100000/10 recommend if you are in the area. They send you updates and give a report card with pictures at the end of their appointment! 💞💞💞🐾🐶🐶
