(from Google)Fernando and the team at Bonez and Paws are wonderful and provide friendly service! They are always willing to help with dog food, supplies, self-service baths, and grooming options. I highly recommend Bonez and Paws!
I took my dog to this self-service dog wash, and unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the experience. The owner only gave me 20 minutes to bathe and dry my dog. I don’t understand how anyone is expected to properly wash, rinse, and completely dry a dog within 20 minutes, especially depending on the dog’s size and coat. I felt rushed the entire time, and it made the experience stressful rather than enjoyable. If the service is self-service, customers should be given a reasonable amount of time to properly bathe and dry their pets. I hope the owner considers changing this policy because 20 minutes is simply not enough time.
Nothing but wonderful experiences at this store. Fernando has been so helpful with every aspect of being a dog owner. They have the highest quality products, fantastic customer service and they treat my dogs with kindness at every interaction.
We recently got our new pet and Bonez & Paws did help us in all the way to make our dog and ourselves comfortable! Their groomer is amazing, she did a fantastic job and was very patient , our came out looking really beautiful.. they have a one on one session, so make sure to take appointment before you head for grooming
Honestly this is very upsetting to write. The last time I went to this groomer was a few months ago and I have contemplated writing a review about our experience since it was honestly a bit traumatizing for both me and for my dog. I brought my dog there for a nail clipping a few months ago. My dog has always been nervous around getting his nails clipped therefore we always bring him to the groomers to make sure we do not hurt him ourselves as he tends to be a bit dramatic and pull his paws away. We have brought him to groomers in the past and they have been positive experiences and they do such a great job handling his anxiety. Well, we probably would have been better off doing it ourselves instead of coming to this place because the female groomer was extremely unprofessional and had no idea how to handle a larger dog who is nervous about getting their nails clipped. My dog was a bit of a drama queen (per usual) however it was clear she was very inexperienced in how to handle these types of situations as her solution was to literally hit my dog several times in the face and yell at him to stop pulling his paws away. I was in utter shock that this groomer was actively hitting my dog in front of my face. I have never had an experience like this and I have been bringing my dog to groomers for the past 5 years. I have not been back since and never will. Beware of the female middle-age younger groomer. Completely unprofessional and this was extremely upsetting. She clearly knows nothing about dog temperament and body language.
