very good service!,my dog has been there 3 times and we had no problems at all,he always comes out clean and looking cute!!!, I totally recommend.

I’ve brought my dog to this grooming place three times in total. The first two visits were just okay—nothing special—but after the third time, I will never return. After her last grooming appointment, my dog came out extremely anxious, trembling all day, and later that day, she had blood in her stool. I had to take her to the vet because I was so concerned. I still don’t know what happened during her time there, but something clearly upset her deeply. On top of that, the wait time was completely unreasonable. I ended up waiting 6 hours to pick her up. I kept calling for updates, and every time I was told “almost done,” only to be left waiting for hours. For the high prices they charge, this level of service is unacceptable. This experience was incredibly upsetting, and I absolutely do not recommend bringing your pet here. There are better, more compassionate, and reliable grooming options out there.

My wife brought our Balinese cat for a lion cut and to help him get rid of fleas he's been struggling with. My wife asked for a lion cut and showed a picture of what we wanted. We could not be happier with the results. Very professional service, nice staff and our little buddy even came back with a durag which we thought was hilariously cute! ❤ A big thank you to the staff!
