Our dog looked *pretty good*. Not great. Not bad. We would maybe consider taking him again. The inside is old and they don’t take Apple Pay that I’m aware of. Staff is gruff but not the worst I’ve dealt with. They seem to know how to groom pretty well.

Current Review: 1 Star: Just changed over to Kennelwood because this place was not nice to our dog last visit. He was shaking and scared. They had him in a very small cage after they were done grooming him; and he had an uneven groom and many an irritated area. They’re surface-level friendly here, but I don’t think they were very friendly to my dog. Kennelwood is a better value. Previous review: 5 Stars — We just moved back to the area and needed a place to get our poodle mix groomed. Mrs. Anderson’s was one of the only places to pick up the phone and get us on the books. We were a bit apprehensive because our dog is high anxiety. At first glance this is a cute, eclectic salon. The front desk was very friendly and knowledgeable, they let me know that our dog was a bit matted and that they had to shave him. We really appreciated them telling us this info, we had no clue he was matted. When I went to pick him up a few hours later, he was happy as a clam and his haircut was so cute, especially with the bow tie they gave him. I don’t think he’s ever had this good of a grooming job before— definitely going to book again. The pricing wasn’t bad either.

I recently brought my dog to Mrs. Anderson's Grooming Salon. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations. I felt that some staff were rude and unprofessional, which made me uncomfortable and concerned about how my dog was being treated. My dog appeared anxious during the grooming session, and afterward I was unhappy with how the groom turned out. I would like to see improved customer service, better handling of anxious dogs, and a higher standard of grooming. I hope the salon takes feedback seriously and makes changes to ensure a calmer and more respectful environment for both pets and their owners.
