Cozy Pet

I have been searching for a new groomer for a while. A friend recommended Cozy Pet to me. Well today I brought Maggie in and Jasmine did an unbelievable job! Maggie had gotten so matted from wearing sweaters and I could not brush them out anymore. I knew she would have to shave Maggie. We had a very nice conversation and I was expecting to be upset when we saw her. Well that was not the case. Jasmine did such an amazing job and Maggie looks adorable! Plus it only took an hour and I love that they are not put in cages. Also to the gentleman up front I appreciate you taking the time to talk to me about Maggie’s coat and how she should only wear a sweater when she goes out if needed and not making feel worse than I already did! Look forward to bring Maggie again!

Have a new puppy she loves to see Christine for her haircut. 1 hour it takes she is as happy entering and leaving. Makes me feel good about taking her here. Recommend by my next-door neighbor, she loves it here too.

DO NOT USE THIS GROOMER! I think his name was Mark did a terrible job grooming my beautiful Pomeranian. He came out shaking and terrified with a truly awful cut which was completely the opposite of what we asked for, we literally said we specifically did not want a puppy cut, and to just shape his hair. The groomer cut his overcoat which will never grow back, and cut his hair super short on the coldest week of the year. He was rude to us, and did not even apologise.

I have been bringing my dogs there since they were both puppies for the usual ear cleaning and nail clipping. The grooming services have always been fantastic. They are so nice. My dogs love going there. We always buy some stuff in the store on our way out. I love this place. I highly recommend.

Jim did an awesome job with my puppies. He did an Incredible job grooming my collie and golden retriever. A week later they still smell and look awesome.
