In July I picked up my dog and this is the way he was. I went the next day and spoke with the front office and showed the pictures. Not the groomer, manager or owner contacted me to tell me what happened. I have used them since 2012 but never again.

My 2 Viszlas stayed for several nights and were very happy. Very well taken care of. Thank you. I highly appreciate your service.

Horrible experience this July 2025. Boarded our dog for 5 days. He ended up in the hospital next door with bloody diarrhea and gastric distress. 600+ dollars in medical bills. Poor Dog monitoring. Do not recommend.

My dog was injured during her stay, I was notified and the extent of her injuries were minimized and staff did not indicate she required medical care. I asked if I could come get her early and I was denied because there was no one available to take payment for the stay. I arrived during the pick-up window and received my dog in unbearable pain and bleeding. It was blatantly clear my dog required IMMEDIATE medical attention in which she was denied for 3 hours! Her injury was so extensive she had to be euthanized. My dog did not deserve to suffer in excruciating pain due to the staff's incompetence and lack of knowledge in recognizing a medical emergency.

We have been taking our girls to BB&B for years and never had any regrets. Other than them knocking everyone down to get us when we pick them up, I know that they had great care.
