Applewood Pet Resort

Jack's been "resorting" at Applewood for 8+ years! I have nothing but positive things to say about the crew there. They get my boy and he's always excited upon arrival and tired at the end of the day (even though his joints don't allow full group play)! See you guys soon!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE. The staff there is neglectful and takes 0 accountability for anything that happens under their watch. Our perfectly healthy cat was boarded here. Upon picking her up, she showed serious signs of distress, dehydration, exhaustion and would not eat. After taking her to the emergency vet, she passed away. This facility does not record anything on your animals - whether or not they ate, what time they were fed, how they were doing, etc. No updates, NOTHING. The staff should be ashamed of themselves. I strongly urge anyone looking for a boarding facility to look elsewhere.

After having an awful experience at The Barking Dog boarding facility, I decided to try Applewood Pet Resort—and I’m so glad I did. I visited the facility ahead of my dogs’ stay and was greeted right away. The staff gave me a full tour, showing the different room options and both the indoor and outdoor play areas. I also noticed there were a lot of employees present during my visit, which gave me peace of mind knowing the dogs are well cared for. They even suggested bringing my dogs in for day camp before their stay, which I really appreciated. I dropped them off for a few hours, and that helped me feel even more confident moving forward. I booked a 3-night stay and received updates when I called to check in, which I loved. When I picked them up, I was greeted immediately again, and the staff was just as friendly as before. Most importantly, my dogs seemed happy—and that means everything. I’ll definitely be using Applewood Pet Resort for all my future boarding needs

We have taken our Yorkies here for many years...to keep it short...if your dog needs anything other than grooming...do not go here. If your dog needs serious veterinarian expertise...do not go here. You will live to regret it. Two more oddities: when you enter the exam room, they discretely start a timer. They also inform you that everything spoken in the room is being recorded. Very weird.

Moving yesterday need these wonderful ladies to babysit my two furry kids for the day got baths and nails done as well have always loved Applewood for many year's.
