We went in for a couple of fish for my son and there were two employees back there a man and a woman. Looks like they were cleaning the fish tanks. (Floor soaking wet) The gentleman was very polite and asked us how we were doing but he ended up walking away. The young lady how ever was not very welcoming seemed like she didn't want to help. We were standing back there for quite some time and then my son had an accident so we had to go to the car and my mom stayed to get the fish. The young lady never said anything to my mom and my mom eventually asked if there was someone that could help her. The young lady seemed irritated that she had to stop scrubbing the tanks to help my mom get the fish and had an unpleasant attitude. My mom thanked her for her time and she replied "mhmm" and went right back to scrubbing the tanks. The cashier thankfully was kind and made the experience better. I understand people have bad days but to just completely ignore a customer knowing you're the only employee back there was just not a good feeling.

I've had issues eith other locations and this one, the guy at the front is ALWAYS so friendly. Highly recommend this specific location. One time I forgot an item and went browsing, the nice guy came to apologize not knowing I left line to look for an item. He made my day though with his friendliness. I only choose to come here even when theres 2 locations in my city..

Went to see what cats they had available from HSNT and the employees told us they’re not allowed to open the enclosures to meet the cats prior to adoption. That’s very strange… you can’t meet an animal you’re taking home to love for 10-15 years? I have other pets at home and would need to see what the cat’s personality is like before adopting.

I took my cat there for very first time and I did not like one of the groomers attitude no friendliness with my cat, just with dogs im sorry but I will neaver take my pet there again, and I go again and the groomer saids they cant fit me in on Saturday because we're way to busy, what kind of customer service is this crap, maybe because my cats new I will try another petsmart..they all cant be rude all I wanted was her nails clip a 3 min job

Taylor has been grooming my pups for about 2 years now. We love her so much we followed her to this PETCO - even though it’s a 30 minute drive (one-way). Bailee is a 110lb malamute/shepherd/retriever/wolf mix. Shes loud, outgoing (aka hyper), and hairy! Taylor, somehow, manages to tame her attitude for a groom and does a fabulous job on her double coat deshed. Charlee is a little more timid (60lb black lab). I am grateful that Taylor recognizes Charlee’s shyness/timidness and gives her breaks when needed! We are so happy to have Taylor be our groomer and will continue using her services as long as she’s in business!
