Sorrento Animal Hospital

What I thought was an emergency was not an emergency. I thought our dog was bit by a spider. Sorrento gave me the breakdown of emergency charges giving me the opportunity to say yes or no to line items. Sorrento was able to get our dog in for an opening in the same day. The great news is they were so accommodating. I am very grateful for the kindness and compassion from the staff at the front desk, the vet tech that day, and for the vet we had. Every moment, I felt that we were VIP! Words couldn’t express how thankful I am for all that everyone did for little Matcha.

Always have a wonderful experience when bringing my pups in. Staff is wonderful and friendly. My pup was recently spayed and her recovery was a little rough. They got her in right away so they could check her to make sure everything was OK. Her doctor even came in on her day off so she could personally do the check up. I would 100% recommend this clinic to anyone.

I've always had good experiences at Sorrento Animal Hospital. Everyone is friendly and kind. They are taking care of my pet, and that's all I need!

We came to Sorrento after leaving Banfield that we had been with for years. What a difference! Every staff member is kind, caring and sincere. We have 2 Great Danes and have always gotten in immediately for urgent issues. The veterinarians are thorough and treat our dogs like they are their favorite! The staff are extremely knowledgeable and well-trained. The veterinarian personally phoned us the day after an urgent visit to see how our dog was doing. What a great change to feel like a valued client versus just another pet owner among masses. Thank you Sorrento for being the BEST animal clinic ever! Maggie and Green Bean love you!
