The Soapy Dog

In my entire life I have never met such miserable and unbelievable lazy groomers - ever. I took my little schnauzer and mentioned that his beard needed attention as he get things suck is it all the time. The groomer said we will see what she can do and what he will tolerate. His is a good boy. He was a little scruffy but not bad. Please look at the before and after photos attached. I give him a Schnauzer hair cut in between so he always look presentable. However not only did they not take the time to try and make him look presentable they shaved his hair off, hacking at his coat, so uneven I could and do a better job myself. Also they make sure you pay them first before I even looked at Dudley. They charged me not the usual $130 but $140 for the privilege of making him look worse. NO SKILL AT ALL. I asked for my money back and told them I would NEVER go back. They said no and that I had received a service. I DO NOT CALL WHAT THEY DID - A SERVICE. TAKE A LOOK AT THE PHOTOS. Unbelievable

I don’t usually do reviews but this one just overdue. I’ve been bringing my dog Emmy to this location for years and it’s a close call to who is happier coming to see them! From the second you call, they are always so friendly and accommodating. As soon as we arrive in the parking lot, Emmy can’t wait to run in, go behind their desk and hop in the office chair as if she’s part of their staff. They always make sure to give her all the pets and love they can offer (never making her feel like she’s being too much!) When it’s time for pick up, Jen always makes sure to come out, say hello & give emmy a treat for the road before saying goodbye. They truly go above and beyond to treat your pets like their own. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy and talented groomer. We will never go anywhere else!

The soapy dog was referred to me by a friend after trying multiple groomers. Not only was I happy with the haircut but I was happy with the price. I will be bringing my other pup on Friday and I can't wait to see what he looks like❤️❤️

I had tried multiple groomers in the area and we were not happy with any until we found the Soapy Dog! I have a mini and giant schnauzer and the ladies here do impeccable work; they look stunning every single time. Even better, my dogs LOVE everyone at the salon. They used to have to be dragged in to other places for grooming, but they are always thrilled to see all the ladies at the Soapy Dog. It's a great experience for me, my dogs and my wallet. HIGHLY recommend!

You will not find a friendlier place to have your dog groomed. We get our sheepadoodle groomed every week and always get compliments on how great he looks.
