Dog wash dirty lots of hair and washstand was dirty wash tubs full with hair and drains clogged.

The store itself is ok. But I used the ladies bathroom and there was no toilet paper whatsoever in either stall ( as in the holders were missing). Unfortunately I only noticed after... Also no tissues for hand drying, I would have taken some and return inside the stall... Hand soap? Also empty. I left feeling very uncomfortable and needing to change and shower.

First time trying out their dog wash today.I'm very Happy I did! it's very clean, the staff was super nice and accommodating. I like that they have raised wash areas and grooming areas to dry the dogs, good water pressure, hoses that you can change the stream and decent dryers. They supply some of the different shampoos that they carry I did try their sensitive one and so far it seems to have caused no irritation for a very sensitive skin dog. I like that they supply more than one towel like some other places do. Tractor supply company is a little gym in Carpentersville that I often forget about and every time I go I really like it. They hire friendly staff and it's always clean and they have a lot of variety.

Always have great fresh bales of hay. Not like in Chicago. The city always has very dry and brown bales. Staff is always willing to take you into the back storage room if you need something that isn’t restocked on the floor yet. Will always make the 45-1hr drive to get my rabbits supplies. Never been disappointed

Placed an online pickup order for a gun safe, Ralph called me to inform me of some minor scratches before we picked it up. He provided pictures of the scratches (two minor that didn't impact the functionality of the door). Ralph was incredibly kind and patient with me so I could consult with my husband on continuing the purchase. All in all a great experience. It's hard to come by people willing to go out of their way to ensure people are happy with their purchases.
