Happy Pet Salon

I had a very disappointing experience with this groomer Jina. I arrived just 5 minutes late to my appointment, which she was told already that i was coming 5min late,and instead of handling it with understanding or professionalism, I was met with anger.I was in my work uniform and i was dropping my dog on the way to work. I said sorry and begged her not to cancel the appointment.But the groomer cancelled the appointment and spoke to me in a rude and aggressive tone. But what shocked me most was what I witnessed next. Clearly frustrated, she took out her anger on the dog she was grooming. She was using the razor far too aggressively, and the poor dog was clearly distressed. In fact, the dog fell off the grooming table screaming in pain, and the groomer didn’t even stop or show concern — she just kept complaining about being short-staffed. It was heartbreaking to watch, and honestly terrifying. Everyone can have a bad day, but when you're in the business of caring for animals, patience and compassion should always come first. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.If this is how she behaves when clients are present, I fear what might happen when no one is watching. No pet deserves to be treated this way. If you care about your animal’s safety and well-being, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. Jina i saw your response, you are not being honest.I never posted a google review before about anyone or any bussiness.I was forced to write this review, because i was very disturbed by your behaviour and attitude towards me and that poor dog.If you care about your bussiness you should have more patience and compassion. The staff at Happy Pet Salon are friendly and accommodating. Our pet was very comfortable and well taken care of. I highly recommend Happy Pet Salon and will return again!

I was quite worried since my dog had never had a grooming session before, but thanks to Happy Pet Salon, it was a wonderful experience. With Jina’s extensive experience and expertise, my dog was able to feel very comfortable throughout the grooming process. The length of her coat is perfect, and her face grooming was done beautifully, leaving me very satisfied. It’s clear that the staff at Happy Pet Salon, especially “Jina”, truly love and care for dogs. I am already looking forward to our next visit!

Iggy loves his haircuts with happy pet. He's a pandemic dog so very much just used to us but they are great and patient with him.
