VIP Petcare Vaccination Clinic

Have been bringing my dogs for 4 years. Very happy with them.

Normally we have a wonderful experience but this last time at the Cape Coral Petsupermarket location , the aids were very helpful when I asked about flea treatments due to special needs they aked the vet for her recommendation.The second I told the vet I just wanted it for fleas and ticks but not heart worm she gave me the nastiest look and says well then try frontline an dismissed us little does this human know that due to other issues we have our dogs on a separate treatment for heartworm prevention that was recommended by a specialist due to heart issues that one of the dogs have . No questions were even asked she chose to assume and be dismissive. She was terrible we did not cut in line we waited just like everyone else but did not deserve the time of day to this lady. She wanted no conversation no nothing so now we have decided to leave this program and just over pay at their normal vet office and I plan on sharing my experience. It was so sad and disappointing I have used this program for over 15 years but this was terrible and I am done . I refuse to to be judged by someone who knows nothing about me my animals and what their needs are . So whoever the vet was on November 30th she was just not compassionate at all
