Second time coming back to get my cat, Satchmo groomed. Caitlin does a great job! Satchy always comes out feeling 10x better - and looks pretty cute too :))

We recently added a new member to our family. Dr. Josh was amazing. He walked me thru the process since this was our first time taking our fur baby to the vet.

This clinic is wonderful! We just lost our 14 year old cat after a roller coaster experience with ear cancer. The staff were all so compassionate and helpful. Both Dr.John and Dr. Josh are incredibly knowledgeable and very nice. I can’t recommend this clinic enough. Such a great experience using them. I trust them completely and will use them for many years to come!

My oldest kitty is 16. He has arthritis, deaf, and chronic allergies. Also had thick, overcoat and undercoat. Even though I was brushing him daily, age and his inability to groom well on his own led to terrible mats and tangles. We took him here for a grooming session. They were so kind and compassionate with him; they knew he was nervous and they made him so handsome, and my husband said he could tell Smacky felt their kindness and was calm in their presence. He came home with zero trauma and in fact, he loves his new look and so do we because we know he is much more comfy. Many thanks to the wonderful staff and the groomer whose loving care made my elderly baby feel better. ❤️ she even sent home recommendations to help.

The entire staff were tremendously wonderful throughout a 2-3 week long process of diagnosing our beloved schnauzer. In the end, we had to help our dog pass humanely to end his suffering. Both veterinarians (Josh and John) were kind, patient, and very understanding of the difficulties one faces when losing a beloved family member. They gave us time before and after to have a moment alone in the room with our doggo. During the same time, our other little dog was injured and we were able to bring her here for a checkup. I recommend this place to a lot of people. They keep costs reasonable, have tremendous compassion, and make good referrals as needed.
