(from Google)Plenty of rest spots, directional signs, and nature warning signs. Only downfall is there is no cut out. Once you start the trail your not coming out unless you go back the way you came out walk the entire trail till the end.
Good little walk, pretty well kept. Not a lot of garbage, besides the broken clay pigeons. But they are to be expected here. Paths can be quite rocky and muddy in areas, glad I wasn't in my flipflops.
The trail is beautiful. Very rocky so I recommend some rucking/hiking boots or sturdy shoes. It's a total of 3 miles. There are benches and tables for a nice pit stop.
Nice trail to walk on, kid friendly maybe 7years and up. Loved being surrounded by nature. Walking along the trail was nice to see all the little signs naming what tree or shrub was behind it also having arrows pointing out the direction to follow. Great trail to walk on to get out the house with the family😊😊😊 will be returning my kids loved it.
The Eagle Nature Trail at Central Texas College is nice little trail if you’re wanting to connect with nature or just going on a nice relaxing hike. I liked that there shady areas, so we wasn’t in direct sunlight the entire trail. There were a lot of pretty butterflies flying around. I tried to get some pics of them. I’m not sure the length of the trail, as we had to cut our hike short because it was a very hot. Beside the heat, I loved it. We plan to go back and finish the trail on a not so hot day. If you plan to go there, but sure to bring water.
