Customer service is okay not great but they have good prices for dogs and cats for and different other animals for food

Staff is very friendly and helpful!! They are also extremely knowlable!! Able to answer questions and give some solid helpful advice. You can always find someone in the store easily. Have a huge variety of different feeds for farm animals, birds, fish, reptiles and more. Prices aren't bad either when compared to tractor supply or PetSmart. Bought most of chickens from here and their feed. I have a parakeet from here as well. All doing great.

The folks here were so sincere and knowledgeable. A great place for your pet's needs.

Collier is NOT a warehouse chain pet store. They Don't have 25 of everything in multiple sizes, shapes and colors when you ask for something from and employee they might or might not know what your talking about, one is for sure though.. they'll tell you what your looking for is on the other side of the store and on the wrong isle that's seems to be miles away after walking the store for hours to find one thing.... But what they do have is A VERY PERSONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and FRIENDLY STAFF.. willing to help and take you directly to what your looking for and then carry your order to your car for you. Like inside they may not have an over load of things but,.... they do have what you need and are looking for with quality.

Great selection of birds, chicks, chickens, quail, and more! Lots of fish, too! Lots of variety of feed, treats, pellets, and toys for small animals, too. The staff was really friendly and the shop was clean.
