Workers love their customers- especially the furry ones and treat them really well. The employees took time to walk around with my grandsons and answer all their questions about the various dog rests and supplies while I was paying and making my next appointment. They were very patient and kind.

We love Dog Krazy! The staff is kind and knowledgeable- they can help you find any product while also showering your dogs with love (and treats!). We love that it’s a one-stop-shop for daycare, grooming, food, hygiene products, etc. Our dogs always get a birthday cake/cookie from their in-house bakery. I trust that my dogs are getting top quality food and products no matter what we choose in the store because their team does the research for us! Our favorite spot is the natural chew bar- they love the duck feet!! We are very loyal to Dog Krazy and recommend them to every pet parent! We primarily use the Spotsylvania Cosners Corner location due to all their services offered, but have enjoyed the others in the area as well.

Lexa is by far the best groomer we have had for Winnie. She is wonderful with all animals and their parents. Winnie always looks and smells her best when we pick her up. The staff at this location (as well as the others) always go out of the way to help their customers.

Nick at the Spotsylvania Store is great! In-store customer service skills are not taught and/or required these days. It was great to be so pleasantly greated (very approachable personality and look). Nick was knowledgeable about dogs and the store products. He immediately took me to what I was looking for, explained the new V.I.P.P. program. The only reason I did not join is there are two stores much closer to my home. I will make sure I stop in when I visit Spotsylvania to say "Hi" to Nick and see what's new.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! The employees consistently go above and beyond to answer any questions and provide top-notch customer service. I was even able to return a bone after discovering my dog was allergic to beef—no hassle at all. At first, my dog was absolutely terrified to go inside, but thanks to the patience, kindness, and genuine care from the staff, she’s done a complete 180. Now, she’s excited to jump out of the car and head in! We always find tasty treats and fun, engaging items to keep her busy. It’s clear the staff truly love what they do, and it shows in every interaction. Highly recommend! 10/7/2025 Update: cI walked in not really knowing what to feed my dog, and the staff took the time to guide me through different options. When my pup didn’t like the first food we tried, they happily let me exchange it — no stress at all. That kind of customer care says everything. They truly love our dogs just as much as we do and genuinely want what’s best for them. Thanks to their help, we finally found a food my girl absolutely loves — she gobbles it up instantly! I’m so grateful for a place that not only cares about the products they sell but also the happiness and well-being of our pets.
