This vet office is truly about the patient and owner. My cat Sir Walter is really sick, I have financial issues, I called almost every vet in town. Katie answered my call, told me call back in the am and they could work with me. I had so many vet #'s I couldn't find the right one, 2 days later Katie called me, she had forgotten my last name but kept looking, going above and beyond to contact me. The Dr. explained 2 possible issues, gave me meds for 1st issue, and a printout of what the next cost would be if the meds didnt resolve it. I paid under the $100 I had available to me. They are very accommodating and all about relieving your stress over your pet, and helping your pet. Just a HUGE THANK YOU!!!!

Craig at the front desk is a real blessing!He is always friendly and professional and very helpful. I have 2 small dogs and managing both often times is difficult. He’s always there and ready to help. They are affordable and my dogs love them. Thank you

This morning we saw Jessica and Dr. Smith for a cheatgrass incident that was so painful for our pup that she needed immediate attention. The staff was unbelievably kind and considerate. They were prompt and punctual with her care and surgical intervention. I would highly recommend seeing Jessica and Dr. Smith at Bend veterinarian clinic North for all of your pet needs. They were amazing!

Dr. Moss is a seasoned and experienced veterinarian who I respect and appreciate and trust tremendously. He has the knowledge how to not only treat a pet but also truly considers the pet parent. If you have a bird, Dr. Moss is who I highly recommend...He handled my 39 year old African Grey perfectly because my CAG is not the friendliest. And I love that his staff is friendly and work as a great team.
