We have come to this place with emergencies for two of our pets now. One we left without and the vets handled us with so much love and care ❤️‍🩹 This last time our cat ate a string and Dr. Covington’s amazing work cleared it with a scope, despite it breaking into pieces. She is definitely one of the best doctors around. Their receptionist, Roza, sat with us for hours like a family member. Everyone at this team is extremely empathetic, capable and humble of the work they do for us all, especially in emergencies. We love them!!!

EXCELLENT CARE! I cannot say enough about these guys. Let's face it, when you bring a pet to an emergency Vet, usually things are not good. We have now taken 2 dogs here, both for end of life, and they were great. The entire staff was kind and loving while delivering news that no dog owner wants to hear. They even have a room that you can goto and say goodbye to your pet in private for as long as you need. As far as the financial end of it, I think they were very reasonable. I will never go to any other emergency Vet.

Unfortunately, I have had to take my sweet dog here twice now but both times have been nothing but great. Everyone there is very patient, kind, informative, and compassionate. They have taken great care of my sweet pup and I’m very thankful for them! Captain is too! ❤️

The way they care about you and your fur baby is outstanding! Dr. Miller and his remarkable staff are why ours is still here today. I had a choice of either paying hundreds of dollars to save the life of a puppy we received, sick. We had her for only 6 hours and our world crashed when we knew something was seriously wrong. And because of them, she’s better in less than 24hrs. We’re forever in their debt.

TW: pet loss Everyone that I interacted with here, from the initial phone call on, was kind, thoughtful, and caring during the difficult and stressful process of getting my cat care for end-stage kidney failure. Unfortunately, my sweet, old man had to be put to rest in the end. I could not imagine feeling more supported and cared for through the process than I did with the staff here. These folks do great work. Their care for their pet and human clientele is palpable. Despite being an emergency vet facility, there was never a moment I felt rushed or forgotten. In talking to any of the clinical staff that worked with Taco, I knew that they actually liked him. Additionally, I could tell that he really liked and trusted them back. This is a big deal, as it wasn't often in his later years that he did that with any veterinary staff. As if that wasn't enough for me to feel grateful to EGVS&E, I received a condolences card today from them that was written in and signed by a number of the staff that took care of my cat and me. I have often felt silly for how much I love and value my little boy. The folks here clearly care about their animals and the bonds we build with them just as much. Enjoy the too many photos of him attached.
